On the mobile scene, one team has stood out amongst the rabble and clone devs. Back in the day, there were the Bitmap Bros, Ultimate play the game(Rare) and id Software. I can count on one hand the number of devs releasing products with a consistent level of quality. Rarely do development teams have a signature look or feel.
